安大略省注册护士协会Registered Nurses' Association of Ontario（RNAO）是加拿大安大略省注册护士的代言人，以传递护理、健康和高质量的健康护理为己任。其使命是追求健康的公共卫生政策，并且促进注册护士在现在以及将来全面参与塑造和提供医疗服务。安大略省注册护士协会下设的最佳实践组织BPSO是全球权威的循证护理指南机构，该机构成立于1999年，现在全球有700多个分站点，主要致力于循证护理指南的制订、实施、评价和传播，该机构对推进国内循证护理实践的指导意义重大。

　　我校于2015年4月与安大略省注册护士协会RNAO 签订了合作协议，成立了北京中医药大学最佳实践指南研究中心，共同开展最佳实践指南制作和应用方面研究与实践。该中心主要构成包括主任1名，秘书1名，下设有RNAO指南翻译团队和指南应用团队，团队成员主要由学院专任教师和学院研究生构成，共计50余名。

　　北京中医药大学最佳实践指南研究中心的主要工作任务是翻译RNAO指南，每三年至少完成三本指南在课程中的应用，定期（每月至少1次）与RNAO-BPSO总部进行视频会议，一年一次现场工作审查。中心的工作宗旨是一方面引进国外成熟的护理实践指南，本土化后应用于教育教学以及临床，提升教育教学和临床护理质量。另一方面为更好地推动中医护理的发展，将RNAO的循证护理指南思维与方法引入中医护理领域，制定中医循证护理标准或指南。

　　The Registered Nurses' Association of Ontario（RNAO）is the spokesperson of the registered nurse in Ontario, Canada. Its task is to deliver high quality health care，with a mission to pursue a healthy public health policy, and promote the full participation of registered nurses in shaping and providing health care for the present and future.

　　RNAO is an international authority working on evidence-based nursing guidelines. The BPSO initiative is an off-shoot of the RNAO's Nursing Best Practice Guideline program which began in November 1999. It now has 500 sites worldwide, focusing on the development, implementation, evaluation and dissemination of evidence-based nursing guidelines. To advance domestic evidence-based nursing practice, RNAO means a lot.

　　In April 2015, our university signed a cooperation agreement with RNAO and established the Best Practice Spotlight Organizations of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine (BUCM-BPSO) to jointly conduct research and practice in the production and application of best practice guidelines. With 1 director and 1 secretary of our center, we have an RNAO guidelines translation team and a guidelines implementation team. Our team members are mainly composed of school full-time teachers and graduate students, totally more than 50.

　　The main tasks of the BUCM-BPSO is to translate the RNAO guidelines, complete the application of the three guidelines in the curriculum every three years, and conduct regular (at least monthly) video conferences with the RNAO-BPSO headquarters. Once a year field work review. The purpose of our center's work is to introduce foreign best nursing practice guidelines on the one hand, and apply it to education and clinical application after localization, so as to improve the quality of education, teaching, and practice in nursing. On the other hand, in order to better promote the development of Chinese medicine nursing, we introduced the thinking and methods of RNAO's evidence-based nursing guidelines into the field of traditional Chinese nursing, and formulated standards or guidelines for evidence-based nursing in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
